Teresa Heinz’s Rosemont Farm Chowder Recipe

Ingredients:
1 bag frozen peas
1 bag frozen
white baby corn
1 1/2
c. chicken broth
1 tbsp.
butter

Directions:
Defrost vegetables and bring almost to a boil. Blend well and strain. Place on heat for 5 minutes. Do not allow color to change. Add cream if desired, season with Tabasco and onion salt. Do not overcook. Meadville Lodge #219
