Ingredients:
4 c. potatoes, cut in 1" cubes
3/4 c.
water
1/2
tsp. garlic salt
1/4
tsp. pepper
1/4 c.
butter
2 med.
onions, sliced
1 tsp.
salt
1/2
tsp. oregano or dill
3 c.
milk
Directions:
Combine first seven ingredients in large pan. Cover; bring to boil and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. Mash potatoes slightly, add milk and butter. Heat through.
