Autumn Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 c.
chopped onion
1 c.
cut-up carrots
1 c.
cut-up celery
1 c.
cut-up potatoes
2 tsp.
salt
1/4
tsp. pepper
1 tsp.
bottled brown Kitchen Bouquet
28 oz.
canned tomatoes
3 c.
water
1/8
tsp. basil
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Brown meat. Cook vegetables until done. Add tomatoes and serve. 6 servings. Calories 267, fat 14.7 gm, calories from fat 49%, sodium 1056 mg. Auxiliary
