Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tbsp.
minced onion
1 tbsp.
green pepper, chopped
1 (2
1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
1 tbsp.
margarine, melted or bacon
drippings
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a jar, shake to blend. Heat skillet and add melted margarine or drippings. Pour egg mixture into skillet and brown on both sides. Makes filling for 2 sandwiches.
