Chocolate Sandwich Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
2 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2
tsp. baking powder
1/2
tsp. baking soda
1/2
tsp. salt
1/2 c.
butter, softened
1 1/4
c. granulated sugar
1 tsp.
vanilla
3 (1
oz.) envs. Nestle’s Choco-Bake
2 eggs
Peanut
butter or frosting

Directions:
Combine dry ingredients; set aside. Combine butter, sugar, and vanilla; beat until creamy. Blend in Nestle’s Choco-Bake. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well. Divide dough in half. Shape each half into a ball and wrap in waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator about 1 hour. Roll out dough to 1/8 thickness; cut with 1 to 2 1/2 inch round cookie cutter. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven. Cool completely. Frost with peanut butter or frosting and top with another cookie.
