Lorene’s Pretzel Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 c. mashed pretzels
1 1/2
sticks oleo
3 tbsp.
sugar
Melt oleo.
Combine with sugar and pretzels.
Press into 9×13 inch pan. Bake
10 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool. 8 oz.
cream cheese
1 c.
sugar
4 oz.
Cool Whip
Cream together and spread over cool pretzel
crust. 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
2 c.
boiling water
1/2 c.
cold water
2 pkgs.
frozen strawberries

Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. If strawberries are frozen put them in hot Jell-O to thaw. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Put in refrigerator and leave until almost set. Pour Jell-O over cram cheese layer and put in refrigerator to set Jell-O.
