Ingredients:
1/2 c. frozen strawberries (or other
frozen fruit)
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
2 tsp. sugar
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender for a great breakfast drink or after school snack. May easily be doubled or tripled.
