Easy Waffles Recipe

Ingredients:
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco shortening, melted

Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Beat eggs and milk until blended. Add egg mixture and Crisco to dry ingredients; beat just until smooth. Bake in waffle baker following manufacturer’s directions. Yield: 3 (9 inch) waffles.
