Ingredients:
6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. sausage
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
Directions:
Crumble and lightly brown sausage and drain; cool. Beat eggs; add milk, salt and dry mustard. Add cubed bread; stir. Add grated cheese and sausage. Pour into an 8×12 inch glass baking dish.
