Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
8 eggs
4 c. milk (scalded)
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Dash garlic salt
8 slices white bread (cut crust,
butter & cube)
2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 pinches dry mustard
1 1/2 lb. bacon (diced & fried)
1 1/2 lb. cooked ham

Directions:
Beat eggs (do not overbeat). Blend in spices slowly. Stir in hot milk, then fold in bread, cheese, bacon and ham. Pour in a 9×13 inch greased pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 1 hour.
