Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 (6 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1 c. finely chopped cooked hen
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash pepper
5 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Combine and pour into ungreased 12 x 7 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
