Curry Marinade

Brush
over grilling eggplant, onions or potatoes. (To grill potatoes, try parboiling
them first). 2
tablespoons Safflower oil
1/4 c
Dry white wine
Juice
of 1/2 a lemon
1
tablespoon Soy sauce
2
tablespoons Shallot, minced
2
teaspoons Curry powder
Combine
all the ingredients in a container. Swirl often when brushing over foods to
prevent separation.
