Cranberry Christmas Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
3 tbsp. butter
1 c.
sugar
2 c.
flour
1 c.
milk
3 tsp.
baking powder
1/4
tsp. salt
3 c.
cranberries (whole)
Beat together all ingredients except
cranberries. Fold in cranberries. Spread batter evenly in greased 8 or 9 inch
square pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at
350 degrees. Serve warm with:BUTTER
SAUCE:
1 c.
sugar
1 tbsp.
flour
1/2 c.
butter
1/2 c.
cream
1 tbsp.
vinegar
1 tsp.
vanilla

Directions:
Place all ingredients except vanilla in saucepan, heat, beating well, over high heat until hot and bubbly. Add vanilla. Serve warm on cake.
