Ingredients:
1 can pineapple chunks, drained, save
3/4 c. juice
2 red
apples
2 firm
bananas
1 lb.
whole strawberries
Grape
& oranges (opt.)
Directions:
Mix all together. 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/3 c. orange juice Stir sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, orange juice with pineapple juice and bring to boil, stirring constantly, cook 1 minute over medium heat. Pour while hot over fruit and mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
