Fruit Cup Recipe

Ingredients:
1 c. (1/2 pt.) container plain yogurt
1 ripe
banana, sliced
1
orange, peeled, seeded and diced
1 c.
diced fresh pineapple (or canned
unsweetened pineapple chunks
or halves)
Cinnamon
mint leaf, (optional)

Directions:
Put yogurt and sliced banana into blender container, cover and blend until smooth. Pour banana and yogurt sauce over the diced orange and pineapple. Mix well, then spoon into sherbet glasses. Serve immediately. Garnish each with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a mint if available. Makes 6 servings.
