Chilled Fruit Recipe

Ingredients:
2 slices cantaloupe
2
slices honeydew
2
slices watermelon
2 c.
strawberries
2 c.
blueberries
1 c.
heavy cream
1/4 c.
sugar
Other
fruits: cherries,
blackberries, peaches, nectarines

Directions:
Peel and seed all fruits. Chop all fruits to fit blender or food processor. Puree all fruits, add sugar and cream. Beat at high speed until thoroughly blended and creamy. Serve in chilled cups and garnish with dollop of whipped cream. NOTE: Fruit can vary, but avoid fruit which turns brown quickly when cut.
