Ingredients:
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tsp.
vanilla
1/4 c.
vegetable oil
2 tsp.
anizette liquor
2/3 c.
water
1 1/2
to 2 c. flour
1 1/2
tsp. whole anise seed
Directions:
Combine all except flour and anise seed. Beat well. Stir in flour and anise seed. Bake as for pizzelles. Roll hot cookie into tight cylinder and cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
