Grosse Panakuchen (large Thin Pancake) Recipe

Ingredients:
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tbsp.
sugar
1 tsp.
salt
2 1/2
c. milk

Directions:
Beat eggs, add salt, sugar and flour, alternately with milk until smooth and thin. Pour a little at a time, about 1/4 cup in hot pan so it covers the whole bottom of the pan; must be very thin. Fry very quickly, then fill with jelly or sugar. Roll up and serve hot. Very good with bean or potato soup. Makes about 20 pancakes.
