Ingredients:
Cornstarch
Water
Cold cream
Food coloring
Muffin tin
Directions:
Mix together and add 2 1/2 cups cold water; beat until smooth and gradually add 2 cups hot water. Boil until clear. Beat until smooth. Add food coloring. Store in jars.
