1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c. diced walnuts
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. apple juice
1/3 c. (or less) maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. Soy sauce

Directions:
Add to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place on baking pan in 300 degree oven. *Stir every 15 minutes* (Important) until browned. Add a handful of dried apples and raisins or dried cherries or cranberries (1/4 cup or less.) Turn oven off and leave until raisins plump. Important to watch at this point. When the granola looks almost ready, it can change to overdone at a moments notice. You may leave out, or substitute any of the ingredients, except oats, some oil, some juice, some sweetner and some salt. Store in sealed box and keep high and dry so it stays crispy. Probably takes 2-2 1/2 hours to bake. Then watch it disappear! Serve for a hearty breakfast: 1/3 cup lemon yogurt, 1/3 cup
