Ingredients:
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 tall can Pet milk (12 oz.)
3 pkg. chocolate chips (18 oz.)
1 pt. marshmallow cream (8 oz.)
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. nut meats, broken
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Boil sugar and milk 8 minutes. Begin timing when it comes to rolling boil; start on low heat as it burns easily. Mix in large bowl chocolate chips, butter and marshmallow cream. Pour hot mixture into this mixture and stir thoroughly. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased pans and cool. Makes about 5 pounds. I use one 9 x 9 inch dish plus a 7 x 11 inch dish. Depends on how thick you want your candy.
